About Calendo
What Calendo is
Calendo is a persistent shared calendar for a Circle — a group such as a club, study group, or team. Each member's events appear together on one calendar, overlapping and colored by member, in monthly and weekly views.
Calendars and privacy
Members can sync Google Calendar automatically or enter availability manually. For each Circle you choose which calendars to share and whether titles are visible. By default, shared events appear as busy only, and private events never show their titles.
Signing in with Google does not by itself give Calendo access to your calendar. Calendar access is a separate, optional connection.
Meetings
When you create a meeting, Calendo asks for permission to write to your Google Calendar at that point. The event is created on the organizer's Google Calendar, and Google handles the calendar invitations to attendees.
Beta
Calendo is in beta. The service may have downtime or sync delays, and features may change. iCloud Calendar connection is in preview testing and may not be offered to every account. Discord is not available.
